Key Reservation Information

Booking Confirmation
To confirm a reservation, payment of 50% of the total value is required as a guarantee. The remaining balance is paid at check-in or according to the agreed method.
Date Modifications
Date modifications are subject to availability and can be made once at no cost if requested at least 7 days in advance.
Cancellation Policies

More than 14 days before check-in:

100% refund of the amount paid or credit valid for 6 months.

Between 7 and 13 days before check-in:

30% retention of the total reservation.

Between 3 and 6 days before check-in:

50% retention of the total reservation.

Within 72 hours prior to arrival or No Show:

No refund.

Force Majeure

Force majeure is understood as unforeseeable situations beyond the guest's control, such as: serious illness, accident, hospitalization, death of a direct family member, or natural disasters that prevent travel.

In these cases:

  • No cash refunds are made.
  • The amount paid remains as credit in favor of the guest.
  • This credit can be used to reschedule your stay within a maximum period of 12 months from the original reservation date.
  • The new date will be subject to availability and rate differences according to season.
  • The credit is not transferable to third parties.

Turismo Pewma reserves the right to request supporting documentation for the reported reason.

Early Departures

No refunds are made for unused nights in case of early departures.

Refunds and Electronic Payment Methods

In case a refund is applicable according to the cancellation policies, it will be processed considering the following conditions:

  • For payments made with credit or debit card, the refund will be processed deducting bank commissions, operational charges, and associated VAT, which are non-refundable to Turismo Pewma.
  • The refund timeframe will depend on the processing times of the corresponding financial institution.
  • No cash refunds will be made for payments made through electronic means.

By confirming the reservation, the guest declares to know and accept these conditions.

Schedules and Rates
  • Check-in: 3:00 PM / Check-out: 11:30 AM
  • Values in Chilean Pesos (CLP) include VAT.
  • Values in US Dollars (USD) do not include taxes.
  • VAT Exemption (19%) available for foreign tourists (paying in USD).
