Booking Confirmation

To confirm a reservation, a payment of 50% of the total value is requested as a guarantee. The remaining balance is paid at check-in or as agreed.

Date Modifications

Date modifications are subject to availability and can be made only once at no cost if requested at least 7 days in advance.

Cancellation Policies

Force Majeure

Force majeure is understood as unforeseeable situations beyond the guest's control, such as: serious illness, accident, hospitalization, death of a direct family member or natural disasters that prevent travel.

In these cases:

• No money refunds are made.
• The amount paid remains as credit in favor of the guest.
• This credit may be used to reschedule the stay within a maximum period of 12 months from the original booking date.
• The new date will be subject to availability and rate differences according to season.
• Credit is not transferable to third parties.

Turismo Pewma reserves the right to request proof of the reported reason.

Early Departures: No refunds are made for unused nights.

Refunds and Electronic Payments

If a refund corresponds according to cancellation policies, it will be made considering:

• For payments made with credit or debit card, the refund will be made deducting banking commissions, operational charges and associated VAT, which are not refundable for Turismo Pewma.
• Refund timing depends on the processing times of the corresponding financial entity.
• No cash refunds will be made for payments via electronic means.

When confirming reservation, the guest declares to know and accept these conditions.
